Terms and Conditions Bento4D – Complete Member Guide

1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the bento4d website accessible via our official domain, including all sub-pages, mobile applications, and related services.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using bento4d services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access platform services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of cash or credits available in a Member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, free cash, free spins, or other promotional benefits granted by bento4d to a Member.
• "Wagering" or "Rollover" refers to the total wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that Members must complete before withdrawal requests can be processed.
• "Third Party" refers to game providers, payment processors, or any other entity that partners with bento4d in delivering its services.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use bento4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority applicable in the jurisdiction where you reside, whichever is higher.
• You must register in your own name — not on behalf of another person, company, or legal entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Use of the Bento4D platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in the country or region where you reside.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Bento4D or any of its affiliated companies.

3Account Registration

The account registration process at Bento4D is designed to ensure the security and identity authenticity of every member. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.1 Required Information

You are required to provide the following information during registration:

• Full name as per valid identification document
• An active mobile phone number registered in your name
• Exact date of birth
• A unique username and password

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at bento4d. Registering additional accounts — whether using a different name, phone number, IP address, or device information — is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held within those accounts.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The KYC process must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Accepted documents include a Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport. Bento4D reserves the right to request additional documents such as bank statements or utility bills for address verification purposes if deemed necessary.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Bento4D supports a wide range of deposit methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other digital wallets listed on our platform. All deposits are processed in real time or within a few minutes depending on the selected payment method.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method. The latest limit information is available in the platform's deposit section. Bento4D reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice based on risk assessment.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

All withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes upon approval. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• The recipient name on the bank account or digital wallet must match the name registered on your Bento4D account.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met.
• The account is not under review or investigation.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated on the platform's withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests below the minimum amount will not be processed and will be returned to your account balance.

5Bonus & Promotions

Bento4D offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Wagering requirements determine how many times the bonus value (or deposit + bonus) must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means you must place bets totalling RM1,000 before those funds are eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bento4d bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, hedging bets between accounts, or low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements — is strictly prohibited. bento4d reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate any winnings obtained through such methods.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a validity period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the validity period will expire automatically without any compensation.

6Game Rules

All games available on the bento4d platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

6.1 Game Results

The outcome of each game is final. Any disputes regarding game results will be resolved based on our server records and information provided by the game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and server records, the server records shall prevail.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, bento4d will endeavour to restore the game to its state prior to the disruption. If restoration is not possible, any related bets will be refunded to the player's account balance.

6.3 Live Casino Games

For Live Casino games, results announced by the dealer are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection when playing Live Casino games to avoid any disruptions.

7Player Conduct

Bento4D maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, misconduct, or behaviour that compromises the integrity of the platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software (bots), assistance tools, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to the support team.
• Collusion between players in games involving player-versus-player competition such as poker.
• Money laundering through gaming accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at staff or other players.

8Privacy & Data

Bento4D takes your privacy seriously. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy separately, which form part of this agreement. By registering an account, you also agree to the bento4d Privacy Policy.

In summary, we collect personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC/AML compliance
• Deposit and withdrawal processing
• Fraud prevention and account security
• Customer support provision
• Platform service improvements

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data processing complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

9Account Closure

9.1 Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.

9.2 Closure by Bento4D

Bento4D reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if you breach any terms in this document, if there is suspicious activity on your account, or if legal compliance requirements necessitate such action.

9.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, bento4d reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the completion of an investigation. If no violation is proven, the balance will be returned within 7 business days.

10Liability Limits

Bento4D provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure 24/7 platform availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Bento4D is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet disruptions on the player's end
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Game outcomes resulting from the player's own strategy or decisions

In all cases, Bento4D's maximum liability is limited to the net deposit amount made by the player within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

Bento4D is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should be a source of entertainment only, not a means to resolve financial difficulties.

The following self-control tools are available to all members:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits – Set a maximum amount you can deposit within a specified period.
• Play Time Limits – Receive a notification or be automatically blocked once a time limit is reached.
• Play Break – Suspend account access from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion – Close your account for an extended period if you feel you need to stop playing.

12Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bento4d is registered and licensed. Any dispute arising from or relating to this document shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules.

If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
